A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SETTLEMENTS AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (DHSUD) TO GRANT THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION (COC) APPLICATION OF AMARILYO CREST RESIDENCES SITUATED AT HAVILA, BARANGAY SAN JUAN, TAYTAY, RIZAL
WHEREAS, the Municipal Planning and Development Ofï¬ce (MPDO) was requested by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Region" IV-A to conduct an inspection on the Amarilyo Crest Residences at Havila and to assess the condition of the subdivision;
WHEREAS, the inspection is a requirement before DHSUD grants the Certiï¬cate of Completion (COC), to which the Filinvest Group is currently applying for;
WHEREAS, on November 29, 2022 the MPDO conducted an inspection report and veriï¬ed that the development matched with the subdivision plan of Amarilyo Crest Residences;
WHEREAS, the major road of the subdivision has a measurement of approximately 10 meters (7.70-meters carriageway and 1.10-meter sidewalk on both sides) which is within the standard measurement stated in PD 957 which provides that “in no case shall a major road be less than 10 meters when used as main access road”;
WHEREAS, the open space is likewise compliant with the standard requirement of PD 1216 for medium-density housing;
WHEREAS, the MRF requirement needs to be completed 100% by the time Amarilyo Crest Residences 1A to apply for COC;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in session duly assembled, hereby RECOMMENDS TO DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SETTLEMENTS AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (DHSUD) TO GRANT THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION (COC) APPLICATION OF AMARILYO CREST RESIDENCES SITUATED AT HAVILA, BARANGAY SAN JUAN, TAYTAY, RIZAL.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Inspection Report of Amarilyo Crest Residences from MPDO be attached and form part of this Resolution.
RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that a copy of this Resolution be furnished to all concerned for their information and appropriate action.
