A RESOLUTION PROPOSING A DESIGN TO OUR LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE HONORABLE ALLAN MARTINE S. DE LEON, MPA, FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF “MAY FOREVER” SCENIC SPOT OVERLOOKING DECK AT TAYTAY-ANTIPOLO BOUNDARY CABRERA ROAD BARANGAY DOLORES TAYTAY, RIZAL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, Section 16 of Local Government Code of 1991 states that local government units shall ensure and support, among other things, the preservation and enrichment of culture, promote health and safety, enhance the right of the people to a balanced ecology, encourage and support the development of appropriate and self-reliant scientific and technological capabilities, improve public morals, enhance economic prosperity and social justice, promote full employment among their residents, maintain peace and order, and preserve the comfort and convenience of their inhabitants;
WHEREAS, “May Forever” Scenic Spot located speciï¬cally at Taytay-Antipolo Boundary Cabrera Road Barangay Dolores Taytay, Rizal, has been locally termed due to its majestic overlooking view of Manila Skyline where tourists and locals especially lovers flock all day and at night when the city lights brightly lit the skies;
WHEREAS, our Local Government, in order to enrich our natural resources, ensure the safety of its end-users and establish an additional marker and a Tourist Spot, may improve the site by providing an Overlooking Viewing Deck and parking spaces, that will be enjoyed and valued by everyone and upgrade the quality of life for the people in the community;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in session duly assembled, hereby PROPOSES A DESIGN TO OUR LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE HONORABLE ALLAN MARTINE S. DE LEON, MPA, FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF “MAY FOREVER” SCENIC SPOT OVERLOOKING DECK AT TAYTAY-ANTIPOLO BOUNDARY CABRERA ROAD BARANGAY DOLORES TAYTAY, RIZAL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution including the attached design proposal be furnished to all concerned offices for their information and appropriate action.
ADOPTED, this 15th day of February 2023, 5:51 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
